What is Inc Authority?

• We are a business formation company here in Reno, NV that specializes in helping businesses launch and grow throughout the U.S.
• We act as a registered agent in all 50 states and consult on business formation services as well as business growth services such as tax planning, business credit, marketing, etc.
• On average, our Sales Reps will make $70,000 in their first 12 months in this role with the opportunity to make as much as you want.

Position Overview

Our Sales Reps are responsible for conducting outbound calls to warm leads that have been generated through our online portal. In this position you will consult with business owners in offering custom solutions on getting their business launched and ready to grow!

Responsibilities

• Hit sales quotas on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis
• Be willing to dial between 100 to 200 calls on a daily basis in order to hit sales metrics.
• Possess strong knowledge of Inc Authority products and services to identify customer's needs when qualifying them
• Demonstrate an aptitude for business startup consultation to increase sales revenue
• Communicate effectively and professionally in all forms of communication with potential customers and internal team members
• Maintain complete and accurate records of all daily activity and customer contact

• $20.00 an hour Base + Bonuses + Commissions (Top Sales Reps earn between $50,000 & $90,000 annually)

Qualifications:

• Previous face-to-face/ call center/inside sales/tele-sales experience
• 6 Months of active sales experience within the last 12 months
• 6 Months of Sales experience in commissioned environment preferred
• Strong work ethic, aptitude, and willingness to go the extra mile
• Must have a solid track record as a closer
• Must be able to work full-time M-F 8am to 5pm.
• Must have solid transportation.
• High level listener with a high level of integrity
• Excellent Phone Communication Skills
• Experience with any CRM system is a plus.
